Our physician-directed metabolic restoration program provides patient care with individualized care plans. This care plan is to restore, regenerate, and repair the damage caused by metabolic failure.

JESSICA ALFERINK
MSN, FNP-C
Jessica is a nationally certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in Family Medicine. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing at South University where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with High Honors. She then went on to receive her Master of Science in Nursing with specialization in Family Practice with High Honors and completed her training in 2018. Jessica is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the Georgia Board of Nursing.

During her Career as a Nurse Practitioner, she has worked in a variety of inpatient and outpatient settings to include Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, and Hospitalist Medicine.
Hormone and Diabetic Infusion Center of Lake Oconee is looking to hire an LPN. Responsibilities will include starting, monitoring, and/or discontinuing intravenous catheters or intravenous fluids. Will assist family nurse practitioner with PIR infusions and other delegated tasks
